Product Introduction

The hoist brake clearance protection device utilizes displacement sensors to monitor the distance between the brake pads and brake disc of the hoist. When the clearance exceeds the safe range specified by regulations or when brake pad wear reaches critical levels, the device automatically triggers an alarm and sends a control lockout signal.

System Functions

Real-time brake clearance detection: Accurately measures the clearance between disc brake pads and the brake disc with ±0.01mm precision. Displays real-time dynamic graphics and curves.

Real-time brake oil pressure detection: Precisely monitors apply and release pressures (±0.1MPa), displayed numerically or as dynamic curves.

Real-time braking torque measurement: Measures each pad's normal force to linearly reflect braking torque.

Two-tier clearance alarm:

Triggers voice/light alarms and lockout commands to the main control system if clearance exceeds 2mm.

Initiates electrical deceleration via the main control system if clearance exceeds 4mm.

Brake oil pressure alarm: Triggers voice/light alarms and lockout commands if pressure exceeds user-set limits.

Spring fatigue alarm: Triggers voice/light alarms and lockout commands if spring fatigue surpasses user-set thresholds.

Brake pad wear alarm: Triggers voice alarms and lockout commands if wear exceeds preset values.

Brake disc runout alarm: Triggers voice alarms and lockout commands if disc deflection exceeds limits.

Automatic clearance error correction: Uses least squares method to dynamically correct displacement sensor errors caused by vibration or installation.

Fault self-diagnosis: Employs an expert system to classify faults and provide real-time diagnostics with countermeasures.

Historical data logging/query: Stores operational and maintenance data for 1 year, accessible for analysis.

Ethernet interface: Includes standard communication protocols for integration with mine dispatch platforms.

Protection bypass: Normally blocks restart after activation; bypass mode allows emergency operation post-alarm.

Individual parameter configuration: Permits separate sensor/alarm settings for each brake pad to facilitate maintenance.
