Product Introduction

Vertical Shaft Sinking Winch Cluster Control System

Currently, most systems use electrical components such as buttons, selector switches, and relays for control, resulting in bulky equipment, difficult operation, high failure rates, and lack of interlocking functions, wasting manpower, materials, and financial resources.

Xuzhou Anshuo Mining Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a PLC Programmable Winch Cluster Centralized Control System, which uses PLC programmable controllers to systematically control various winches used in vertical shaft sinking operations. The system features advanced technology, stable performance, high reliability, minimal maintenance, excellent synchronization, and intuitive display.

This control system has been successfully applied in vertical shaft sinking projects constructed by China Coal No.3 Construction Group, achieving excellent results.

Function Introduction

The system mainly consists of a centralized control console for winch clusters, frequency conversion cabinets, and program cabinets.

Controlled equipment includes: sliding forms, hanging platforms, hook snatching devices, concrete chute pipes, suspension pumps, cable winches, etc.

The system enables interlocking between different types of winches.

Winches of the same type can be selected individually or simultaneously.

All winches share the same operating lever for forward/reverse rotation and acceleration/deceleration. Winch selection is interlocked with the lever’s neutral position—meaning winches cannot be selected if the lever is not in neutral.

The console is equipped with a master start/stop switch. When in the "stop" position, winch selection is disabled.

The console includes an emergency stop switch.

If a winch malfunctions, patrol personnel can press the monitoring button to halt all winches. Operation can only resume after the monitoring button is reset.
