Product Introduction
Our self-developed "AS-GSLZ Intelligent Hydraulic Tensioning Device for Guide Ropes" realizes remote online monitoring and adjustment of guide rope tension. This innovation reduces labor requirements, shortens maintenance downtime, and cuts maintenance costs, thereby enhancing mine production efficiency. The device establishes a technical foundation for increased output and provides scientifically validated safety assurance for mine hoisting systems utilizing flexible guide ropes.
In mine vertical shaft hoisting systems, the hoisting conveyance is guided by 2 or 4 steel wire ropes during ascending and descending operations, with the upper ends fixed to the headframe and lower ends anchored at the shaft bottom. According to the "Safety Regulations for Metal and Nonmetal Mines" and "Coal Mine Safety Regulations": sealed-type wire ropes should be preferentially selected as guide ropes. When each hoisting conveyance has 4 guide ropes, the minimum stiffness coefficient of each guide rope shall not be less than 500N/m, and the tension of each guide rope should differ by 5%-10%, with higher tension on the inner ropes and lower tension on the outer ropes. When each hoisting conveyance has 2 guide ropes, the stiffness coefficient of each guide rope shall not be less than 1000N/m, and the tension of all guide ropes should be equal. This requires that guide ropes must have sufficient tension and be able to display precise values directly. Currently, the main methods for adjusting guide rope tension are hydraulic screw and counterweight types. The former has inconvenient installation and adjustment, requires conversion from hydraulic pressure values for tension measurement, and makes it difficult to detect tension changes later; the latter requires a deeper shaft sump, is prone to debris accumulation from falling objects, and the guide rope position is easily offset. With these two guide rope tensioning methods, the tension values cannot be accurately detected and adjusted, which will create significant safety hazards for hoisting operations.
Product Features
The hydraulic system controls dual-cylinder tensioning, ensuring stable tension force with minimal daily maintenance.
Equipped with self-locking dual-rope clamping mechanism allowing continuous multi-stage adjustment without length limitation.
Compact equipment layout with small footprint ensures safe and reliable operation.
Features PLC intelligent data analysis, remote real-time video monitoring, and touchscreen dynamic display of operational status.
Real-time monitoring and display of each guide rope's tension value with high/low tension alerts. Immediate alarm activation upon abnormal tension prevents potential hazards and ensures safe production.
After tension adjustment, the drive cylinder remains stress-free while the rope locking mechanism securely bears the load, significantly extending hydraulic cylinder service life.
Hydraulic station activates only during tension adjustment, avoiding long-term operational wear.
Fundamentally resolves the drawbacks of single-cylinder systems including complicated adjustment, difficult installation and maintenance challenges.
